Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Administration:
- Request and obtain current and future rental vacancy information and keep the availability list up to date.
- Process appropriate paperwork for prospective tenants and show available units when the Area Manager is unable to.
- Good knowledge of the market rental rates.
- Vetting tenant applications prior to submission to ensure completeness.
- Ensure delivery of all rents and other monies to Head Office.
- Control move-in and move-out scheduling and inspections.
- Negotiate leasing agreements and showings.
- Be responsible for the security of the properties/buildings.
- Prepare detailed insurance/incident reports for any damages or accidents.
- Coordinate the process of lease documentation.
- Administrative duties, including upkeep of all tenant information and work orders.
- Deliver forms as required for the LTB.
- Maintenance and Operations: Supervise the building maintenance and cleaning staff.
- Emergencies: Coordinate response to all emergencies and communicate events to the Head Office.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; University Degree is an asset.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry required.
- Familiarity with Landlord Tenant Board is an asset.
- Familiarity with YARDI Real estate accounting software is an asset.

- Able to take directions and perform assigned tasks accurately and timely.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person, Toronto, ON
