We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a Property Administrator to join their team. This part-time role involves supporting day-to-day operations, including property inspections and general administration, within a small and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative duties associated with property management.
Respond to phone calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Keep tenant records up to date through precise data entry and file management.
Assist the property management team with a variety of administrative tasks.
Ensure all office protocols are adhered to, contributing to a well-organised workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably (but not essential) within property management or a related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to work within a team.
Must be a car driver with reliable transport for property inspections.
