The sales associate position at JH Young requires delivering exceptional customer service to ensure continued sales and high levels of customer satisfaction. As a sales associate, you will work closely with customers to identify their needs and recommend the appropriate products, creating a positive shopping experience. You will greet clients upon their arrival and assist in maintaining a clean and organized product presentation area. In this role, you will develop strong buying relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and repeat business. It is essential to stay up to date on product features and use company literature and available training resources to achieve this. Your focus on delivering outstanding customer service will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the company’s success.

1. General understanding of the principles of sales and enjoys chatting with clients
2. Strong communication skills
3. High-energy, friendly personality
4. High school diploma required
5. Bachelor’s in marketing or sales is preferred
6. Experience with customer service
7. Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
8. Jewellery sales experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

1. 8 hour shift
2. Day shift

1. Monday to Friday
2. Weekends as needed

1. Sales: 1 year (preferred)
2. Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
