A day in the life:
The main focus of this hybrid role is to be a parts specialist. The primary responsibility is maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, service team, and manufacturers for parts identification, creating estimates, and problem solving. The parts technical specialist must thrive in an extremely fast-paced work environment with high deliverables. In-person customer service for parts counter sales may also be involved.
In the role of warehouse associate, the primary responsibility is to ensure that every part that enters or leaves the warehouse is handled with care. The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping parts.
