Job description
Tims Kamloops Coffee Shop Inc c/o Tim Hortons
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring quality control standards are met, and maintaining records of stock and sales.
Responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
