Job summary
An innovative robotics company seeks a Field Application Engineer to support customer deployment of robotic solutions. The ideal candidate will reside in the Midwest or Northeast US or Southern Ontario, holding a related Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years in robotics or automation. Responsibilities include direct collaboration with clients, technical problem-solving, and conducting training. This full-time remote position offers competitive compensation based on experience and may require travel for trade fairs and partner visits.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the robotics or automation field.
- Experience with robot simulators and PLCs is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with engineers and developers testing and implementing the robots.
- Resolve technical challenges and conduct product demonstrations.
- Create and document Proof of Concept projects for customer evaluation.
- Conduct training sessions to enable effective robot use.
