As a Writer at Milestone, you’ll be a core part of our creative team — partnering closely with Art Directors, Strategists, Account leads, and Creative Directors to bring ideas to life across channels.

You’ll report into Creative Leadership and contribute across multiple accounts and disciplines.

• Has proven experience writing for female consumer audiences or
• Is expert at turning complex tech and financial concepts into clear, compelling brand narratives
• Understands nuance, tone, and cultural context
• Can move fluidly between brand storytelling and sharp, conversion-driven copy
• Loves collaboration, but can also run with a brief independently

• Write compelling, on-brand copy across platforms including:
• Campaign concepts
• Digital, social (paid + organic), and video
• Ability to tell compelling stories
• Headlines, scripts, captions, and long‑form content
• Develop and maintain distinct brand voices — especially for female‑led or female‑focused brands and/or
• Translate complex tech and banking concepts into clear, compelling brand stories
• Partner with Art Directors to concept and execute big ideas
• Translate strategy, insights, and data into emotionally intelligent writing
• Adapt and evolve content across channels without losing its soul
• Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal teams (and occasionally clients)
• Stay curious about culture, trends, and how women engage with brands today

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates:
• Conceptual thinking
• Craft excellence
• Experience writing for female consumer audiences and/or
• Proven ability to simplify sophisticated tech and banking concepts into powerful brand storytelling
• Presentation skills, showcasing your work and the strategies that informed it
• 8+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or comparable creative environment
• Proven strength in digital and social writing (this is not optional)
• Ability to balance emotional storytelling with commercial outcomes
• Experience in categories such as health & beauty or technology is a strong asset
• Comfort working as part of a collaborative creative team (Writer + Art Director)
• Clear communicator, thoughtful collaborator, zero ego about feedback
• Bonus points for experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, retail, or CPG
