- Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, Lean/OpEx, or digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive automation and digital transformation of planning workflow, leveraging technology to improve accuracy.
- Identify, assess, and execute process improvement opportunities across demand, supply, planning and transportation.
- Lead change management activities to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
