The Associate Vice‑President, Facilities provides senior leadership and strategic oversight for the planning, development, and management of physical infrastructure for Durham College and Ontario Tech University through a shared services model. This role ensures the effective operation, maintenance, and optimization of campus facilities and grounds, while guiding long‑term strategies for space planning, construction, and sustainability initiatives. The position exists to safeguard institutional assets, support academic and operational priorities, and deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable environments that meet current and future needs.
