About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email campaign management, content creation, and digital marketing. If you enjoy the technical implementation of marketing campaigns, excel at writing compelling content, and have experience with CRM tools and automation, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including automations, engagements, and personalization using merge fields.
2. Manage and maintain CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
4. Create compelling written content for email campaigns, websites, and other marketing materials.
5. Utilize basic HTML knowledge to format and troubleshoot email templates and web content.
6. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to support company objectives.
7. Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bilingual (French & English) – required for effective communication and content creation.
2. College or university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on email and digital marketing.
4. Proficiency in large-scale CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
5. Strong writing skills with a focus on engaging, audience-driven content.
6. Experience in vendor management and coordination.
7. Basic knowledge of HTML for email and web content formatting.
8. Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
