Job DescriptionThe PositionAs a Customer Service Representative at our Residential Plumbing location on 1199 St. James Street, Winnipeg, you will engage with customers daily through in-person interactions, phone calls, emails, and text messages. Success in this role requires professionalism, keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Your ability to genuinely care for customers and consistently provide exceptional service will be key to your success. Duties:- Research products and provide tailored recommendations from our diverse product range.
- Prospect new customers and foster growth with existing accounts.
- Generate leads to support the Outside Account Manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert the purchasing team when stock is low.
- Coordinate with vendors to follow up on back orders and ensure accurate delivery dates for customers.
- Address customer concerns and complaints, finding effective solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:- College and/or University degree.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Quick to learn and proficient in using the relevant software to process orders.
- A strong work ethic with a high standard of integrity.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
