Canadian Shield Health Care Services is in search of outgoing, kind, and ambitious individuals to join our Administration / Scheduling Team to contribute to our mission of providing Clients with a superior level of care.

Minimum Requirements:

1. High School education is required.
2. 2 Years of Office/Call Center Experience is required.
3. Post Secondary education is an asset.
4. Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
5. Health Care knowledge / experience is an asset.
6. Must currently reside in Sudbury.
7. Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset.
8. Strong communication skills.
9. Computer Literacy.
10. Experience working within a team.
11. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
12. Attention to detail.
13. Professionalism and strong Client / Customer Service skills.
14. Available to work 25-40hrs per week between 7am – 9pm.
15. Must be able to manage a high stress environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls.
2. Problem solving – participating / brainstorming solutions.
3. Build and input weekly schedules for Home Care and Long-Term Care Facilities.
4. Perform Administration duties such as: scanning, filing, emailing, etc.
5. Ensure the happiness of all Field Staff Members and Clients.
6. Participate in the Company’s On-Call.

Job Types: Part-Time leading to Full-Time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
