Assist to maintain the administration of each sale in Brazil. From forecasting, configuration on several systems (Baan, SAP, Crane Order Board, others), revenue recognition follow up, monthly reporting, supporting regional sales managers, supporting dealer network and support in the execution of the business plan.
Responsibilities:
Sales Analyst III has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Support to the Sales Managers and Dealer Network inquiries.
- Configurations, Order Entry, Order docs check list, crane status updates, build plan meetings.
- Assist with consolidating market share globally.
- Assist with Strategic planning and business planning.
- Invoicing and pre-audit: DVP packing.
- Planning report, dealer network inventory trend.
- Regional Sales and Service Alignment Meetings. Creation of material, presentation & follow up.
- Documentation checklist, system updates, cross reference and double checking with peers and sales managers.
- Support in contracting internal and external freight.
- Maintain Forecast updated: Orders, Sales Recommendation Forecast, Dealer stock.
- Administrative support, presentation layout and follow-up on proposals.
Requirements:
Sales Analyst should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Local: São Paulo/Brazil.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- English language and desirable Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills required.
- Experience with SAP or any ERP system.
