We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance store operations.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or a customer service role (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
