Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Bachelor's or Associate level (students are encouraged to apply).
Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English is a must.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in Telesales.
Knowledge of the realty sales process and home guidelines in Turkey with eagerness to learn.
Outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic personality.
Outstanding persuasion skills with the ability to effectively close sales.
Presentable with an approachable personality.
Superb follow-up process with a results-driven attitude.
Cool-tempered and positive approach to complex situations.
Capability to work independently with extraordinary social skills.
Good business acumen, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management abilities.
Hands-on knowledge about B2C Tele Sales procedures and systems (preferably in the retail/property industry) will be an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Availability of a high-quality internet connection and full-time access to a PC/laptop/tablet.
Responsibilities:
Present and represent the company.
Call and engage with prospective customers to understand and maximize sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences and motivations.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Propline services and products to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Meet and exceed agreed performance targets according to sales strategies.
Gain extensive knowledge of the realty sales process, property, home, and citizenship regulations in Turkey (and other profile countries in the future) to inform and guide clients every step of the sales process.
Research profile countries' (Turkey and others) background, politics, geography, culture, food, etc., stay informed about current developments and popular culture, and share this information with clients as appropriate.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales footprints on Propline CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-ups.
Adhere to the process and ensure the sale is closed.
