Retail Sales Associate Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Inviting applications for the position of Showroom Sales Consultant (Female, Arabic Speaking) for our showroom in Abu Dhabi. Candidates should have more than 2 years of experience in showroom sales within the flooring and retail furnishing market.

Sales Professional Job Duties:

1. Engage with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
2. Demonstrate advanced product knowledge.
3. Schedule sales appointments with clients.
4. Create new leads by networking with consultants, developers, and clients.
5. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products.
6. Assemble product displays and visual merchandising concepts.
7. Consult with retail partners to enhance product offerings.
8. Identify new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales.
9. Learn how to market products to new users.
10. Understand how to make products appealing to consumers based on trends and environment.
11. Utilize the internet to promote products to a specific target audience.
12. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies.
13. Research target markets and benefits of competitor products.
14. Knowledge of interior design is advantageous.
15. Continuously seek new ways to make products attractive to clients.

Required Skills: Time-oriented, friendly, strong sales and product knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to write reports and presentations, public speaking, product presentation, strategic thinking, and sales reporting.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED 3,500.00 - AED 4,500.00 per month
