Retail Sales Associate Vacancy in Sharjah, UAE

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate with experience in shoes, cosmetics, and accessories. Candidates with visit visas or canceled visas are encouraged to apply.

Duties

1. Greet and direct clients.
2. Provide accurate information (e.g., item attributes, prices, and after-sales solutions).
3. Respond to consumer inquiries concerning specific products/services.
4. Conduct price and feature comparisons to promote purchasing.
5. Cross-sell products.
6. Ensure shelves are fully stocked.
7. Handle returns of goods.
8. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide outstanding customer service (especially during peak times).
9. Educate customers about discounts and special deals.
10. Offer customer feedback to the Shop Manager.
11. Stay current with new products/services.

Requirements

Ability to commute/relocate: Sharjah (Preferred).

Experience: Sales (1 year preferred).
