The ideal candidate will also have the capability to engage with potential clients and secure training contracts contributing to the growth of our center.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess their training needs and develop bespoke training solutions.
• Design effective training programs that align with the latest industry standards and client expectations.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions that deliver both knowledge and practical skills.
• Actively seek and secure new business opportunities contributing to sales growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance service offerings.
• Provide expert advice on the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role.
• Strong background in designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to network and negotiate with potential clients.
• Knowledgeable in current training trends and industry demands.
• Flexibility to work on various projects with different teams.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate plus commission on generated sales.
