• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including:
  • SEO & ASO for organic growth.
  • Performance marketing (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, and Telegram Ads).
  • Programmatic advertising to automate and optimize ad placements across platforms.
  • Affiliate and influencer marketing to expand reach and engagement.
  • Content marketing & community growth via social media, blogs, and PR.
• Plan, execute, and analyze paid performance campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring cost-efficient user acquisition and retention.
• Leverage programmatic advertising platforms (Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, etc.) to automate bidding and maximize reach.
• Run Reddit and Telegram Ads to engage crypto-native audiences and drive community growth.
• Utilize data-driven insights to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing efforts.
• Implement growth hacking strategies to scale acquisition, engagement, and reactivation campaigns.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, trading products, and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze competitor strategies to stay ahead of market trends and refine Bitunix's digital marketing efforts.
• Manage community engagement and brand reputation including Reddit, Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and YouTube.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with crypto advertising policies and local regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech industries.
• Strong expertise in:
  • SEO, SEM, PPC, ASO, and programmatic advertising.
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Telegram Ads, and trading-related paid campaigns.
  • Affiliate and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Community engagement & content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising (Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar tracking tools.
• Experience in acquisition funnels, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies.
• Crypto trading, blockchain, and DeFi knowledge is a big plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish are a plus.
