We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to elevate our event and consulting services. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing multichannel campaigns, boosting brand visibility and driving audience engagement across a variety of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Formulate and implement marketing strategies aligned with Trescon's goals, focusing on driving event attendance, sponsorship, and exhibition sales.
Audience Engagement: Analyze target audience demographics and behavior. Craft tailored content and initiatives to attract and retain participants, sponsors, and partners across both digital and offline channels.
Multi-Channel Marketing: Leverage diverse marketing platforms including social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and strategic partnerships to maximize reach and interaction with our audience.
Brand Management: Ensure a strong, cohesive brand identity across all marketing collateral and communications, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce educational and inspirational material, ensuring strategic distribution to engage the right audience.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Apply insights to refine strategies for greater impact and return on investment (ROI).
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and associations to expand event exposure and outreach.
Budget Oversight: Develop and oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Production, Delegate Acquisition, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure seamless marketing execution.
Marketing Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with internal teams such as Social Media, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Branding. Manage external agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in event marketing, B2B tech, or consulting.
Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in managing email marketing, social media content, lead generation, and collaboration with creative teams.
Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or Mailchimp.
Event marketing experience is a plus.
