Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our real estate products, understanding client requirements, and offering customized solutions. This role plays a key part in establishing and maintaining strong business relationships, achieving sales targets, and keeping up with the latest market trends and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients using the provided database.
Present, promote, and sell real estate services to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and research to identify new business opportunities.
Build and nurture positive business relationships to ensure long-term sales success.
Meet and exceed sales targets within the designated timeline.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Provide clients with relevant information about the Ajman real estate market.
Stay informed about property market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Revisit previous leads to explore new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with established CRM policies and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Tele sales, call Centre and/or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and current property trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer personalized solutions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and detailed record-keeping.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with real estate regulations and best practices.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
