• Adapt global marketing strategy to regional priorities and market dynamics.
• Translate global marketing strategy into actionable country-level plans.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.
• Consolidate insights from country teams to inform regional and global strategies.

• Design and oversee regional campaigns ensuring scalability and local relevance.
• Manage regional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.

• Drive regional social media content, including employee advocacy program.

• Develop regional marketing collateral and tools to support sales teams across countries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance global standards with regional and local market needs.
