Digital Marketing Specialist | Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle | Marketing
ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing the Marketing & Communications strategy, coordinating the marketing efforts across cross functional teams and supplier / agencies for the assigned brands. The role will support the Marketing Manager to expand footprint, differentiate Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle and brand reputation, nurture client relationships and create opportunities to drive revenue and growth.
ROLE PROFILE
- Responsible for the briefing, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, through a well-defined annual Marketing calendar, for the assigned brands in line with overall brand Marketing & Communications strategy.
- Develop and manage strategies & performance optimization for campaigns across search engines and app stores in collaboration with media agencies.
- Own and drive all aspects of our SEM and Paid App marketing, and continuously work on identifying new ways of growing our presence on Google, App Stores and Affiliate Networks
- Prepare performance reports with analysis to update management.
- Maintain marketing spend per brand to ensure accurate book-keeping & optimal utilization in line with overall Marketing budget.
- Support in building clear understanding of brand values, customer profile and behaviors to ensure relevant marketing communication and messaging
- Create synergy between the various channels of communication, reaching the brand message to the customer through the most effective and efficient medium.
- Collect, collate and analyze consumer insights to ascertain the precise impact of marketing messages and promotions across touchpoints and the impact on sales.
- Cultivate professional and cordial relationships with cross functional teams to streamline diverse efforts to achieve a common purpose.
- Brief, coordinate and execute advertising and promotional plans to drive traffic and sales (Offline and online).
- Ensure all integrated marketing efforts are in compliance with brand standards and Majid Al Futtaim communication strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing management or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing role along with experience managing performance-based search engine marketing, app install campaigns and affiliate marketing.
- Retail Background.
