Job summary

A growing company in the construction industry is seeking an organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll processes, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR support is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting job vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and leave management processes.
  • Respond to basic employee HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
