A major engineering firm seeks an HSE Manager for a large construction project in the UAE. You will lead health, safety, security, and environment programs, develop site-specific safety manuals, oversee training and incident investigations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in safety management within the construction or heavy industry and strong leadership skills.
