Job summary
A retail company in Dubai is seeking a full-time Retail Salesperson to assist customers, provide product knowledge, and achieve sales targets. Ideal candidates will have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma. Knowledge of cosmetics and personal care products is essential. Candidates fluent in English with additional languages are preferred.

Education
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Dubai. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, providing in-depth knowledge of our products, achieving sales targets, maintaining store displays, and delivering excellent customer service. The Retail Salesperson will also handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong Product Knowledge, particularly in cosmetics, skin care, personal care, and medical products
- Experience in Retail Sales and achieving sales targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East region is preferred
