Job summary
A luxury fashion brand is seeking a team player in Dubai who proactively supports management and cultivates a client-centric atmosphere. The role involves assisting in daily operations, training peers about the brand and products, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new Client Advisors. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the brand, while also handling stock and visual merchandising. The position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the team's performance and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Support Management in daily operations: VM support, stock organization, and opening/closing duties.
- Train peers by sharing knowledge on brand, products, and client experience daily.
- Support onboarding and integration of new Client Advisors.
- Adhere to company's policies and support other Client Advisors when needed.
- Manage stock and store operations, and visual merchandising responsibilities.
- Be the expert in one or more categories: Merchandising and training.
