Green Management Solutions, a consulting and services firm based in the DWTC free zone, is looking for a HR BP to join our team. We specialize in management consulting, procurement support, IT services, administrative services, and workplace management across the UAE and Middle East.
The HR BP will be responsible for strategic planning and implementing HR initiatives aimed at developing corporate structure, improving staff efficiency, and optimizing HR processes. This role includes budgeting for personnel costs, personnel administration, HR data analysis, supporting internal communications, and engaging with employees in an international corporate environment.

Key Requirements:
Education: Higher education in HR management, economics, management, or sociology. Additional qualifications (MBA, HR certifications) are a plus.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR, in roles such as Organizational Development or HR BP.
