Job description

Green Management Solutions, a consulting and services firm based in the DWTC free zone, is looking for a HR BP to join our team. We specialize in management consulting, procurement support, IT services, administrative services, and workplace management across the UAE and Middle East.

The HR BP will be responsible for strategic planning and implementing HR initiatives aimed at developing corporate structure, improving staff efficiency, and optimizing HR processes. This role includes budgeting for personnel costs, personnel administration, HR data analysis, supporting internal communications, and engaging with employees in an international corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Personnel Budgeting:

  • Develop and manage the payroll budget and related costs.
  • Analyze and forecast personnel expenses in line with business goals.
  • Optimize personnel costs, including motivation and compensation programs.

Personnel Administration:

  • Handle the full cycle of HR documentation (employment contracts, orders, terminations, leaves, business trips).
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, considering UAE labor law and other international locations.
  • Maintain and update employee databases and HR systems.

HR Data Analytics:

  • Prepare and manage HR reporting on key metrics.
  • Analyze the workforce structure and headcount trends.
  • Identify trends in personnel management and provide recommendations for improvement.

Employee Communication:

  • Develop and implement internal communication programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.
  • Support corporate culture through information campaigns, training, and events.

Cross-functional Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with multicultural teams and adapt HR processes to international standards.
  • Develop and implement global HR management strategies.
  • Participate in international HR projects and implement best global practices.

Key Requirements:

Education: Higher education in HR management, economics, management, or sociology. Additional qualifications (MBA, HR certifications) are a plus.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR, in roles such as Organizational Development or HR BP.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR analytics, budget management, and HR process optimization.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and HR systems (SAP, WebHR, 1C:ZUP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher). Proficiency in Russian is a plus.
