The Housekeeping Team Leader assists the Housekeeping Supervisor and the Assistant Housekeeping Manager in ensuring that the appearance and environment of all guest rooms meets the highest standards as set by Minor Hotels. He or she will help in training, leading, and working with all housekeeping Team Members to provide exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained guest rooms and corridors. The Housekeeping Team Leader will also manage the room attendants on the floor and public area attendants in the hotel public area and conduct inspections on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• At least one or two years of experience in a housekeeping position
• Must possess leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate others
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to speak and understand English for both verbal and written communication
