Materials Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the Senior Supervisor & Management with daily operational requirements ensuring that the Beach Operators/Cashiers follow the standard operating procedures set by the Management.
2. Assist in leading the day-to-day operation on the beach as per guidelines given by the Senior Supervisor and Management.
3. Conduct proper inspections on a daily basis for all beach facilities prior to starting the operation, including but not limited to all washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks, and beach area.
4. Ensure money handling procedures are followed as set by the management and finance department guidelines (cash float and cash intake).
5. Encourage cashiers and beach attendants on the ground to maximize sales and guarantee a perfect customer journey.
6. Handle customer feedback and complaints, reporting back to the Senior Supervisor and Management.
7. Perform other duties that Management may reasonably require from time to time.
8. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements set out by management.
