Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures that align with ADNOC standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards, providing actionable insights for risk mitigation.
- Lead incident investigation processes, ensuring thorough analysis and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE management within the oil and gas sector, demonstrating expertise in industry-specific challenges.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent certification is mandatory for credibility in HSE practices.
- Familiarity with ADNOC's HSE regulations and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational expectations.
