The successful candidate will drive digital presence by developing and implementing marketing strategies across various platforms, focusing on SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and social media. Applicants should have 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong background in team management and performance marketing. Qualifications

- 1–3 years of team management experience.
- Experience in free zone/business setup industry is a plus.

Are you a digital marketing professional with a passion for performance, strategy, and growth? Our client a freezone in Sharjah, is looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to join their team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving our digital presence across all platforms—owning SEO/SEM, paid performance marketing, social media, email campaigns, analytics, and more. You will play a key part in crafting and executing our overall digital marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
- Manage SEO/SEM, social media, email and display campaigns
- Oversee website content updates and user experience improvements
- Analyze digital performance metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Optimize user funnels and conversion points
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
- Support events and senior management when needed
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- 1–3 years of team management experience
- Strong background in performance marketing, SEO/SEM & social media
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in free zone/business setup industry is a plus
