• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the digital marketing budget for efficient resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
• Ensure the team has necessary tools, resources, and training.
• Develop SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and technical implementations like sitemaps and site speed.
• Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for performance and ROI.
• Create social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and analyzing performance to improve open and click-through rates.
• Implement content marketing strategies, collaborating with creative teams to produce optimized content like blog posts and infographics.
• Monitor digital performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush, generating reports on metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Full proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects.
• Adaptability to new technologies and skills.

• Marketing Agency experience is a must
• Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in digital marketing, focusing on SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, technologies, and trends.
• Experience managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
