IIQAF Group is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Assistant Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations within our hospital and healthcare facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring patient safety while maintaining compliance with UAE health regulations and pharmacy standards.

- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications and pharmaceutical products
- Prepare and label prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates
- Provide patient counseling and medication guidance under supervision
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, MOH guidelines, and hospital pharmacy standards
- Record and maintain accurate patient and prescription documentation
- Assist in ordering medicines, equipment, and pharmacy supplies
- Support pharmacy audits, safety checks, and quality control procedures
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience as an Assistant Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, or Pharmacy Assistant
- Knowledge of drug dispensing, dosage calculations, and medication safety
- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems (PMS) and electronic prescription systems
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
- DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License or eligibility preferred
- Previous experience in hospital pharmacies or clinical settings in UAE
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and inventory control procedures
