We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing plan that aligns with our company’s goals and values. This role involves managing all aspects of marketing and communication activities including web-based social media and offline campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing brand identity and values, managing third-party vendors, and contributing to public relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Marketing Plans:
   Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
   Create storytelling copywriting and content alignment.
2. Brand Management:
   Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s brand identity and values across all marketing channels.
3. Campaign Management:
   Oversee and manage all web-based social media and offline marketing campaigns to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
   Plan and implement multichannel marketing campaigns across various platforms including digital (social media, email, website, paid advertising), print, events, and public relations.
4. Vendor Management:
   Coordinate with third-party vendors to deliver marketing outputs, content, and deliverables on time and within budget.
   Source and negotiate with vendors for marketing services (e.g., advertising, printing, photography).
5. Public Relations:
   Contribute to public relations efforts including media outreach, promotions, and press releases to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
6. Social Media Management:
   Plan, execute, and monitor all social media campaigns ensuring high performance and engagement levels.
7. Performance Analysis:
   Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Sales Support:
   Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and increase company outreach through various marketing channels.
9. Marketing Budget:
   Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and offline marketing strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
7. Knowledge of the Dubai property market is a plus.
8. Experience with content creation (writing, editing, video production).
