About the Role
As a JEWELLS Assistant Store Manager, you're a key support in the success of the store, helping to drive a luxury retail experience that sets the bar for excellence. With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you’ll help create a luxury retail experience where every detail counts, and every customer interaction is pure gold.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Deliver world-class customer experience: Assist in leading by example, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and offering personalised advice and support.
Support in driving sales and maximising profit: Help identify opportunities to increase your store’s contribution and assist the team in achieving sales targets. Support the implementation of sales strategies and KPIs.
Support the development of talent: Assist in coaching and training to enhance team skills, service quality, and performance.
Maximise operational efficiency: Assist in coordinating and overseeing all store activities. Help organize commercial spaces according to brand standards and support product placement to meet sales objectives.
Assist with cost control and loss prevention: Support in ensuring the store runs efficiently and effectively, with inventory management controls in place. Assist the team in maintaining store security and deterring theft.
Communicate effectively: Be a point of contact for communication between team members and the Store Manager, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation across all levels.
