Job summary
A leading precision engineering company in South Africa is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a full-time, on-site role in Kuils River. The successful candidate will conduct inspections to ensure manufactured components meet dimensional and quality standards, perform quality control checks, and maintain inspection reports. Strong skills in quality control processes, engineering drawing interpretation, and attention to detail are essential. Applicants must be based in Cape Town and have experience in manufacturing environments.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/dimensional drawings.
- Ability to use, read and understand the required gauge for measurement.
- Proficiency in Inspection and applying Quality control techniques.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformances in precision manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is beneficial.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Quality Control Inspector based in Kuils River. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections of manufactured components to ensure they meet established dimensional and quality standards. This role involves performing quality control checks, maintaining in‑process inspection reports, and identifying and reporting any non‑conformances. The position requires collaboration with team members to maintain quality management processes and ensure the highest level of precision in all deliverables.
