Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the oil terminal facility.
Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.
Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants, addressing issues or grievances and ensuring proper facilitation of their assigned jobs.
Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS.
Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in the in-house system.
Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.
At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a Plant.
Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.
Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Self-driven and proactive.
