Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Floor Manager in all aspect with regards to dining and operational matters
Assist to Co-ordinate daily Front of house
Deliver superior service and customer satisfaction
Respond to customers complaints and feedback
Plan duty roster
Assign duties ensuring equity of work.
Ensure that staff meet hygiene and discipline standards.
Ensure that the service station is clean and neat
