Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Floor Manager in all aspect with regards to dining and operational matters
  • Assist to Co-ordinate daily Front of house
  • Deliver superior service and customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customers complaints and feedback
  • Plan duty roster
  • Assign duties ensuring equity of work.
  • Ensure that staff meet hygiene and discipline standards.
  • Ensure that the service station is clean and neat
  • Receive, greet, and seat guests.
  • Present the bills and receive payment correctly
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service
