Store Team Leader

Key Duties:

• Oversee operations (opening/closing, inventory, cash handling)
• Train and supervise team members
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory
• Implement promotions and hit KPI

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of retail supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work weekends/holidays
• Basic POS and MS Office knowledge

Location: 11 Outlets Singapore Islandwide
