Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell a variety of premium coffee products to walk-in customers
2. Deliver top-notch customer service as a brand ambassador
3. Handle cashiering duties and assist with stock replenishment
4. Maintain store cleanliness and a well-organized environment
5. Receive comprehensive on-the-job training

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in premium, luxury, or high-end FMCG/retail brands is a plus
2. At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles and/or team supervision
3. Reliable, honest, and driven by strong work ethics
4. Passionate about customer service and sales
5. Curious, creative, and able to communicate clearly and simply
6. A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
