Security Supervisor jobs in Singapore

Working Hours: Monday - Sunday, 5 days per week, follow roster given

Salary: $150 Allowance/month + 1 Month AWS

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer experience.
2. Guide, train and motivate staff to meet store objectives and drive sales.
3. Ensure impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
4. Identify opportunities to attract new customers and build long-term relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
5. Prepare sales report and analysis of individual sales performance.

Requirements:

1. 6 years of luxury/beauty or retail sales management experience.
2. Proven ability to handle store operations, sales and service.
3. Outstanding problem-solving ability with good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Singaporean only.
