Site Supervisor (M&E)

Site Supervisor (Fire Protection and Plumbing & Sanitary)

1. Lead, supervise and coordinate installation of Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary systems
2. Train in-house foreign workers on the installation of Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary systems
3. Plan and assign tasks to in-house workers and supervise daily work activities
4. Ensure the Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary systems installation works are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications
5. Prepare material requisition request and coordinate delivery
6. Oversee in-house workers and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
7. Conduct routine site inspections and resolve any site issues
8. Enforce site safety and ensure installation work is compliance with safety regulation
9. Maintain proper records of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, inspection records, T&C, inventory of equipment and materials usage
10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by the management

Site Supervisor (ELV systems)

1. Lead, supervise and coordinate installation of Fire Alarm, Fire Intercom and Emergency Voice Communication systems
2. Train in-house foreign workers on the installation of Fire Alarm, Fire Intercom, EVC systems
3. Plan and assign tasks to in-house workers and supervise daily work activities
4. Ensure the Fire Alarm, Fire Intercom and EVC systems installation works are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications
5. Prepare material requisition request and coordinate delivery
6. Oversee in-house workers and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
7. Conduct routine site inspections and resolve any site issues
8. Enforce site safety and ensure installation work is compliance with safety regulation

2. Train in-house foreign workers on the installation of ACMV system
3. Plan and assign tasks to in-house workers and supervise daily work activities
4. Ensure the ACMV installations are carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications
5. Prepare material requisition request and coordinate delivery
6. Oversee in-house workers and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
7. Conduct routine site inspections and resolve any site issues
8. Enforce site safety and ensure installation work is compliance with safety regulation
9. Maintain proper records of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, inspection records, T&C, inventory of equipment and materials usage
10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by the management
