We're looking for a Senior Account Lead, to drive a key global account. You'll work closely with our global team and agency partners to execute exceptional marketing programs, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Grow and retain the assigned account by identifying new opportunities.
Develop strategic, compelling proposals aligned with client needs.
Build strong client relationships with clear and timely communication.
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead client calls, debriefs, and performance reviews.
Use data insights to optimize future projects.
Oversee budgeting, approvals, and financial reconciliations.
Address and resolve client billing issues promptly.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative solutions.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for impactful campaign ideas.
Note: This role requires up to 20% travel.
