SAP MM(EWM)

Job Scope

1. Perform tool-based migration and conversion of SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems using SNP CrystalBridge.
2. Support the implementation and migration of regional IT applications to ensure business continuity and process efficiency.
3. Implement and provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP ERP 6.0/S-4HANA MM (WM/EWM) modules, with a focus on country-specific localizations, especially for manufacturing and industry solutions.
4. Analyze, design, plan, validate, test, deliver, support, and improve data migrations, processes, and functionalities within the organization, utilizing the latest SAP MM capabilities.
5. Evaluate, monitor, and resolve business problems related to SAP processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions that align with agreed expectations.
6. Collaborate closely with project implementation teams.
7. Develop blueprints, user documentation, and training materials, and provide training sessions as needed.
8. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and stakeholders.
9. Build and foster positive relationships with internal colleagues and external customers.

Job Pre-requisites:

1. Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP MM (WM) configuration, with at least three full-cycle implementations.
3. Participation in at least two support projects within manufacturing or industry solutions.
4. Debugging skills (mandatory).
5. Knowledge of integration with other modules such as SD, FI/CO or PP.
6. Knowledge of EDI/ALE, WM, EWM and functional/technical differences between SAP ERP and S/4HANA.
7. Existing certifications or experience with SNP software tools.
8. Proven ability to handle stressful situations and maintain focus on achieving desired outcomes.
9. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
