Job Description:

1. Collaborating with marketing to develop event concepts that align with brand positioning.
2. Managing event logistics (venue, budgeting, vendors, scheduling) to ensure flawless execution.
3. Creating and distributing event materials, such as invitations, social media content, and in-store displays.
4. Representing the brand at events, engaging with VIP clients, influencers, and media to promote brand values.
5. Building relationships with high-profile clients and industry contacts to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
6. Collecting client feedback for future event improvements and monitoring competitor strategies for differentiation.
7. Keeping up with industry trends in luxury fashion, retail design, and experiential marketing to inform brand strategies.
8. Assisting with event and visual merchandising budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budget.
9. Preparing reports on event performance, client feedback, and ROI to guide future strategies.
10. Working closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, retail) to align visual merchandising with brand goals and promotions.
11. Coordinating with external vendors (agencies, event planners, suppliers) for timely, high-quality execution.
12. Supporting e-commerce by ensuring brand consistency in both online and in-store visual content.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Min 5 years of experience in brand management or events management, ideally within the luxury retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of luxury market dynamics and trends in visual merchandising and experiential marketing.
4. Creative flair with a strong eye for design, color, and layout.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in visual merchandising software and Microsoft Office.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
8. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
