Event Management jobs in Singapore

The role sits within an Events Management function and provides operational support for the planning and execution of Govtevents, seminars, and official visits involving local and international stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure events are delivered smoothly and professionally, in line with organisational standards and expectations.

• Exposure to large-scale & public-sector events
• Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• 6 months contract - Extendable
• Up to $3,300 per month

• Support the coordination of local and external meetings, including logistics and scheduling
• Assist in the planning and execution of flagship events, seminars, and official visits
• Provide on-site and off-site event operations support as required
• Maintain event-related databases, documentation, and departmental records
• Support administrative tasks
• Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives assigned by the team

• Background in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Singaporean only
