Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Project Support Coordinator to assist with a variety of exciting projects in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting digitalisation initiatives, managing e-learning content, and providing administrative and coordination support across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitalisation Support:
  • Evaluate and assist with the implementation of off-the-shelf IT platforms for digital transformation projects.
  • Support testing and validation processes for new platforms, and manage data conversion for onboarding.
  • Design digital staff aids to improve user experience and platform efficiency.
• E-Learning Development:
  • Develop and adapt training materials for government e-learning platforms.
  • Monitor completion rates and test scores for e-learning programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Operational Coordination:
  • Design audit checklists for facility assessments and coordinate schedules and queries related to appointments.
  • Manage shared platforms for exercise plans, operations materials, and resources.
• Corporate Services Support:
  • Assist with budgetary monitoring for relief operations and procurement tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support including training material preparation, training coordination, and audit scheduling.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management, IT platform evaluation, or e-learning development. Familiarity with government procurement processes is a plus.
• Skills:
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including dashboard and pivot table functions.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and content development (e.g., Articulate Rise).
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Other Qualities:
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A good team player with a proactive and resourceful attitude.
  • Experience in emergency management, contingency planning, or similar environments is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva is a plus.

Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary Range: $2,580 - $3,160 per month
