Job summary
Our client is a reputable IFM and is urgently looking for technical professionals for various projects.

Job Descriptions
- Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical & Aircon) in the buildings.
- Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
- Attend to defects, rectifications and customers' complaints promptly.
- Create / Doing up of fault report and service report.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Only Singaporeans.
- Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment or M&E industry.
- Possess Professional Certificate or ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management and above.
- 5.5 Days Week, Island wide locations available.
