The Position Summary/Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced APAC Regional Digital Controls Lead to drive the rollout and implementation of the Procore Project Management Platform across our projects in the APAC region. This individual will play a pivotal role in configuring, testing, and optimizing Procore to align with regional project needs, ensuring a seamless integration into our delivery framework.

The successful candidate will work closely with project delivery teams, Engineering, IT, and regional stakeholders to customize the platform, oversee user acceptance testing, and provide ongoing training and support. This role requires a deep understanding of digital project controls, construction management processes, and system implementation within a large-scale project delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Platform Development & Customization
    • Support the configuration and customization of the Procore platform to meet APAC project requirements.
    • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align platform functionalities with existing project controls and governance structures.
    • Work closely with IT and Procore representatives to develop workflows, templates, and reporting tools that enhance project efficiency.
  2. Testing & User Acceptance
    • Establish a test environment and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, updates, and integrations.
    • Collect and analyze feedback from key project stakeholders to refine and improve platform functionality.
    • Help to identify and resolve any technical or operational challenges before full-scale deployment.
  3. Regional Rollout & Implementation
    • Help develop and execute a structured rollout plan for implementing Procore across selected projects in the APAC region.
    • Help to drive engagement and adoption by the in-country project delivery teams.
    • Work closely with project teams, construction managers, and site personnel to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to onboard teams and enhance user adoption.
  4. Ongoing Support & Continuous Improvement
    • Provide ongoing support to project teams, troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing platform performance.
    • Monitor platform usage, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Serve as the regional subject matter expert (SME) / Point of contact for digital project controls and Procore implementation.
  5. Stakeholder Management & Reporting
    • Act as the key liaison between APAC project teams, IT, Procore, and regional leadership.
    • Provide regular status updates and performance reports to the VP Delivery Operations, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
    • Identify opportunities for process standardization and automation to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Required Competencies

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital project controls, construction technology, or project management within the construction industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms (e.g., Claizen, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Archidesk, Kahua, Primavera P6, BIM 360).
  • Strong technical proficiency in configuring and customizing project management software.
  • Experience in user training, system testing, and deployment of digital tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to software implementation.
  • Experience working in the APAC region and understanding of regional construction practices.

Desirable:

  • Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Construction methodologies.
  • Procore Certification.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, automation, and dashboard reporting tools.
  • Experience in change management and digital transformation projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
