Workshop Assistant Manager/Manager – Aftersales

Job Description

1. Manage workshop operations for all BYD vehicles, including maintenance support to fleet customers.
2. Responsible for ensuring daily work processes in aftersales including CRM, workshop job allocation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, software, equipment, and manpower reporting, to meet operational requirements.
3. Ensure workers have a harmonious working environment and promote a Health and Safety culture within the business.
4. Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure workshop facilities/equipment service schedules are up to date.
6. Track and ensure on-time vehicle deliveries to customers.
7. Track and monitor all warranty claims submission and payments to distributors.
8. Manage staff performance and career advancement plans.
9. Coordinate inter-departmental matters.
10. Provide technical support to distributors and fleet customers.
11. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission.

Qualification & Experience

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or its equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Engineering/Automotive.
4. Full-Time.
