Job Descriptions

1. Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical & Aircon) in the buildings.
2. Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
3. Attend to defects, rectifications and customers' complaints promptly.
4. Create / Doing up of fault report and service report.
5. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

1. Only Singaporeans.
2. Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment or M&E industry.
3. Possess Professional Certificate or ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management and above.
4. 5.5 Days Week, Island wide locations available.
