This role is instrumental in shaping and executing high-impact marketing initiatives, driving brand growth, and strengthening MyRepublic Business' position in the market. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise performance and maximize ROI.
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will lead key marketing projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all efforts align with business objectives. You will play a critical role in enhancing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and engaging our SME audience through compelling content, innovative digital marketing strategies, and high-impact event activations. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:
- Develop and drive high-impact, multi-channel marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution across email, social media, digital advertising, and event marketing.
- Lead content strategy and execution, overseeing the development of blogs, website updates, and social media campaigns to enhance brand authority and engagement.
- Own lead generation and demand generation initiatives, optimising the marketing funnel through data-driven tracking, automation, and continuous performance improvements.
- Create and oversee the development of compelling customer case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership content to reinforce MyRepublic Business' industry expertise.
- Manage and direct website content strategy, ensuring updates are timely, SEO-optimised, and aligned with overarching marketing campaigns.
- Strategically oversee and collaborate with SEO, SEM, and paid media agencies to drive cost-effective customer acquisition and maximize digital campaign ROI.
- Take ownership of large-scale events, trade shows, and webinars, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business objectives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Design and implement customer engagement and loyalty initiatives, strengthening relationships through community programs and appreciation campaigns.

- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, technology, or telecommunications industries, with a strong track record of driving growth and brand visibility.
- Proven expertise in strategic project management, with the ability to lead multiple high-impact marketing campaigns, manage stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM strategies, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of demand generation, content marketing, and multi-channel digital strategies, including social media, paid media, and inbound marketing.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and thought leadership content that resonates with B2B audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in tracking KPIs, optimizing marketing performance based on insights, and demonstrating measurable ROI.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while leading cross-functional collaboration, aligning marketing efforts with sales, product, and business development teams.
- Innovative and strategic thinker, with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, experimenting with creative marketing tactics, and adapting to industry trends.
